Yay, yay! We’re going to the supermarket. On Friday Kuranui School went to New World. We looked at the gGlow, Grow and Go food. Me and Zoe did a worksheet at the supermarket and then we went to Subway. I had a ham Subway then we played at the park. I played in the castle.

That was a fun day!

Wa-hooo! All of Kuranui School and Lee and Kim get to go to Matamata New World. We learnt that most of the good foods are on the outside isles. Did you know that fruit and vegetables have vitamins and minerals? They are ‘glow’ foods and I completed my worksheet and I learnt on my sheet that you need more vegetables than 5+ a day.

Yay! Now we get delicious Subway, it tasted scrummy and yummy. My brother ate some too and he loved it. I wanted more.

The year threes and Room One went into the Subway shop and looked around. There were some bad drinks and there was only one healthy drink and it was water.

Then we were going to the park and I loved it. We sat on the wood and I had a ham Subway and my brother had one too.

I had a great time at New World!

I love the supermarket, then we went to Subway and then we went to the playground and then we went back to school.

 On Friday all of Kuranui School went to the supermarket and I looked at a lot of fruit and vegetables. They are healthy for you and milk and yoghurt have calcium and are not full of sugar.
